The annual Community Wellness Fair is perfect for all ages. Join us to learn about health and wellness services, including skin care, heart care, diabetes, cancer and so much more. Southeast Georgia Health System physicians and specialists, as well as community health-focused organizations, are available to offer helpful information about children and adult health care services. Don't miss out on free screenings, free medication reviews with a pharmacist and many more informative and fun-filled activities.
