Description
We'll be ringing in Spring with free group fitness classes, body composition scans, and personal trainer consultations! This is open to the community, so bring your family and friends for a day of wellness, fitness, education, and fun. Our community partners at Crowley Chiropractic will offer free nerve scans, and Precision Touch Massage Collective will offer free massage demos! Register with Glynn Emergency Training for a free CPR/AED training, with the option for certification with American Heart Association.
