Description
Award-winning Atlanta-based artist Kathy Rennell Forbes is repurposing art to create Unexpected Beauty in her nature-themed solo show May 5 - June 12. As shown in Glorious Gladiolas (left), Forbes reveals her newest obsession in creating vibrant, joyful art from unwanted or unfinished pieces otherwise left to wither. She uses mixed media watercolors on repurposed, hand-made watercolor paper adhered to canvases and panels. Join us for the Opening Reception Thursday, May 7, 5:30-7:00p.m.
