Skills You’ll Need to Thrive:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT support or related role
• Strong technical knowledge across operating systems, networks, and business software
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• A proactive, client-first mindset and passion for solving problems
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 75 pounds when needed
